Cancellations
Cancellation by Customer
Customers may request cancellation of their order within 1 hour of placing the order.

We do not charge any cancellation fees or deductions.
Post-Dispatch Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.

If you wish to cancel after dispatch, please refuse the order at the time of delivery.

Once the shipment status is updated as “RTO (Return to Origin) initiated”, the refund process will begin.
Refund Timeline for Cancellations

Refunds are processed to the original payment method used at checkout.

Refunds are generally completed within 5 to 7 business days, subject to bank processing timelines.
Replacements for Damaged or Defective Products
If a product is damaged during transit or has a manufacturing defect, you may request a replacement or refund.

Replacements for Order Mismatch or Missing Items
If you receive:

After verification, a replacement or refund will be initiated.
Returns
Due to food safety and hygiene regulations:

Returns are not accepted for correctly delivered, defect-free products.

Products that are used, opened, unsealed, or tampered with are not eligible for return.
Refunds
